I do, I do!
My office is at 390 Commerce Drive, Ft. Washington, PA.

Virtual therapy works much like in-person sessions; the main difference is that we meet through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video link. You’ll be able to see and hear me clearly, and the sessions are the same length as in-person appointments: 1 hour for the first session and 50 minutes for follow-ups. Many clients find virtual therapy very convenient while still providing the same connection and support as in-person sessions.

Your first session will be one hour. Most clients come in with a lot on their minds, and that’s okay. We'll spend time exploring your story, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the process, and I’m happy to answer them at any time during our work together.

I am in network with the following insurance providers through Headway, a third-party billing company:
Aetna (Pennsylvania & Virginia)
Cigna (Pennsylvania)
Quest (Pennsylvania)
I am also in network with Aetna Student Health.
If you choose to use your insurance, your co-pay and deductible will be determined by your plan. For questions about coverage or out-of-pocket costs, please contact your insurance provider directly.
For private pay clients, my fee is $150 per session.
Whether to use insurance or pay privately is completely up to you. Using insurance can make sessions more affordable, while private pay keeps your information strictly between you and me.

The truth is, it depends on your goals and needs. In the beginning, especially if you want to work on specific changes in your life, we’ll typically meet weekly for 4–6 weeks. After that, we’ll check in together to see how the process is going and adjust the frequency or focus of sessions as needed.

A Good Faith Estimate helps clients understand and plan for costs. This estimate is available upon request at any time during our work together.
