Hi, I’m Anna

I believe therapy should be dynamic, compassionate, and collaborative; a space where you feel both supported and challenged as you move toward growth. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools and perspective while honoring the uniqueness of your story.

In our work together, we’ll explore practical ways to find calm and confidence, even when life feels overwhelming. That may look like:

  • Discovering new approaches to mindfulness

  • Learning the power of a pause

  • Finding rest and balance in your daily routines

  • Practicing how to respond instead of react

  • Saying what you need directly and kindly

  • Taking incremental steps toward what you love

  • Accepting the realities of your one, singular life

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, a major life transition, or challenges in your relationships, therapy can help you feel more grounded, capable, and hopeful about your future. Together, we’ll build the skills and confidence you need to face what’s ahead, one step at a time.

need some alone time? want company?

Away from the demands of daily life, your phone, and the expectations of others, therapy gives you space to breathe. No agendas, no “shoulds.” Just time for you.

Together, we’ll start mapping out where your energy is going, what’s weighing you down, and how you’d like things to feel different. Therapy is your space to reflect, reset, and begin moving toward the life you want with more clarity and confidence.

Getting swamped under the weight of responsibilities, obligations, and others’ expectations can feel like drinking from a fire hose. In therapy, we work together to slow things down, catch your breath, and reclaim your life, building strategies that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control, even amid the chaos.

Interpersonal Relationships

Relationships shape so much of who we are. They bring joy, connection, and growth, but they can also involve loss, conflict, and change. Grief may come from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the closing of an important chapter, and it can deeply impact how you relate to others and yourself. Likewise, shifts such as marriage, divorce, remarriage, parenting, step-parenting, or empty nesting can stir feelings of disconnection, uncertainty, or stress.

Therapy offers a compassionate, collaborative space to explore these experiences. Whether you’re grieving, navigating a transition, or working through relational dynamics. Together, we’ll focus on understanding the impact of these changes, processing emotions in healthy ways, and building confidence and intentionality in how you show up in your relationships and in your life.

Life transitions

Big changes bring both possibility and pressure. New jobs, moves, or roles can feel exciting and invigorating and also overwhelming, anxiety-producing, and lonely. In therapy, we’ll focus on helping you regain balance and feel steadier in the midst of change.
